-maintained High Honors (95%+ average) with a weighted course load -familiar with both earth science and biology courses as well as algebra and geometry (it has only been a few years since I have taken them, so I have an advantage over older tutors) -understand standardized testing procedure and organization -I want to be a tutor because I want to be a peer helper instead of a 30 year old college major. I am friendly and great with kids (I have two little brothers). I am also very patient and I have a genuine love of learning. -I feel as though the older the tutor, the farther from common study they are used to teaching.
