Experience
I have been a teacher in Western New York for the past 7 years. I started off as the building substitute at Fricano Primary School in the Starpoint district in 2009, teaching Kindergarten, 1st, 2nd, and self-contained Special Education classes. In 2012, I began teaching at the Cantalician Center for Learning in Depew, which is a school for special needs students. I taught 9-12 year olds, and also 13-14 year olds in my own classroom while there. In 2015, I left to become the Special Education teacher at Charter School of Inquiry in Buffalo. I am the only consultant teacher at the school for Kindergarten, 1st grade and 2nd grade. I teach in Elementary setting, but realized while helping my 13 year old step-daughter with her studies, that I could be of help to students far beyond those grade levels.
